Rule number one: Don't Accept Damaged Freight!
If an item appears to be damaged simply refuse shipment. Customers must do a complete inspection of deliveries. Freight companies limit claims to 14 days or less.
If ordered incorrectly such as size or color, please know that all products are made-to-order. Returns are allowed but all shipping charges and a restock fee of up to 35% can be assessed. In the case of manufacturer's defect typical manufacturer warranty will repair or replace to your satisfaction.
For any of the above mentioned returns including an error on our part, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and have the items picked up ASAP. Please keep all packing materials until you are completely satisfied with your order, manufacturers do not accept returns that are not in the original packages.
